The 3 days gorilla tour Uganda takes you the Bwindi impenetrable forest national park, the tourist activities to encounter are the gorilla trekking tours, nature walks and community visit.
On tours our clients stay in most of the well managed Eco-friendly lodges and camps like Heaven Lodge Buhoma, Mutanda Lake Resort and Bwindi Jungle Lodge.
Day1: Entebbe/Kampala-Bwindi Impenetrable Gorilla National Park
Have breakfast, after meet with our English speaking guide/driver and thereafter transfer to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park in southern western Uganda via the Masaka-Mbarara highway.
En-route stop at the Uganda Equator for snacks and photographs and later drive to Mbarara town for lunch at Agip Motel. After embark the safari jeep and transfer to the forest where you will have the amazing gorilla trekking tour the following day.
Dinner and overnight at Haven Lodge Buhoma/Mutanda Lake Resort/Bwindi Jungle Lodge (Mid-range) or Buhoma Tented Camp (Budget Lodge). Meal plan: F/B
Day2: Gorilla Trekking Tour & Community Visit
Have early morning breakfast, after with your packed lunch and mineral drinking water and then transfer to the starting point of the gorilla adventure for the conservation briefing of the mountain gorillas and the forest.
After allocated to your gorilla trekking family, enter into the jungle searching for the gorillas in the mist. Upon meeting the gorillas take the amazing photos and videos and after the one hour allowed staying with the mountain gorilla’s return to the park headquarters for your gorilla trekking tour certificate.
Return to the lodge and relax and then in the evening take the community walk visiting the local craft shops, traditional healers among others. Dinner and overnight stay as above, Meal plan: F/B
Day3: Bwindi-Kampala/Entebbe
Have breakfast and embark the safari jeep and then transfer back to Kampala with en-route lunch, after transfer to Entebbe for your return flight back home. End of services
